Lender/ Independent Engineer (LIE)

HID will facilitate selected advisor to carry out a high level review of all available major project documents. In addition, a technical appraisal of conceptual design, EPC, O&M contracts will be undertaken for the project. We will also monitor construction progress, quality and cost as well as operating performance to report to the Lenders.
